Sleeping Accommodations
The home offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Unlike some homes, three bedrooms are on the first floor, making this location the perfect choice for those travelers who prefer first floor living.
Each bedroom has a cable equipped flat panel television and new bedding.
A Mickey and Star Wars themed room will delight younger guests.
Kid Friendly
Children will enjoy the newly remodeled Mickey and Star Wars themed room. For your gamer there is also a new PS4 with a variety of games for all ages. A games room features air hockey, a ping pong table and comfortable new gaming chairs.
For peace of mind, our pool has a safety fence to keep little ones safe.
Privacy and Green Space
There’s nothing else like it in the area! The home is situated on a centrally located premier lot in the neighbourhood – a unique pie shaped orientation offers larger backyard space and privacy for the pool. The backyard faces south, providing year round sunshine. As well, there are no rear neighbours – just open green space to provide private relaxation for your family.

Directly across the street from the front of the house is a large green space with a park. The home is walking distance to the club house, three playgrounds, tennis courts and basketball courts.

Even when it’s not raining, you can enjoy the games room. Complete with air hockey, ping pong and a gaming centre with a PS4 and a selection of games for all ages.
